There is a new rumor about one of the biggest
novelty that might bring the future update of Windows Phone 8.1, it would be a
new assistant of voice called Cortana, which would compete from you to you
against Siri and Google Now.
Microsoft wants to get to match its great
rivals in the fight of the mobiles market and for that according to some
rumors, could get along with the new version of Windows Phone 8.1 a new voice
assistant named Cortana, which would arrive in April to users from EE.UU and in
beta version for its Nokia Lumia. So we assume that this beta would be only in
English and users of other territories must wait more time.
The system will recognize the natural voice and
will be linked to Bing, it means, that would work with its data basis and
interacting with the navigator. Also it rumors its possible arrival to Windows
8.1, Xbox One y Bing for IOS for 2015, though only Americans can enjoy the
system by then, the rest of territories must wait the following year to make
use of the new system.
How curiosity tell you the system is named in
homage to the Halo saga, and that his voice would the actress Jen Taylor, which
put the voice in some games of Halo.
We hope to know more details about the veracity
or otherwise of this rumor, although it might be certain since Microsoft would
like to have the same search services by voice in their mobile operating
systems that in the competition.
Do you think Cortana will overcome to its
competitors Siri and Google Now? Since then windows has a great assistant of voice for its systems of
desktop, which is functional and is optimized for the latest version Windows
8.1 and previous versions, so that I think this rumour could be real and help
to keep growing the course of the Windows Phone system.
