Microsoft wants to facilitate the development of the ecosystem Window to the manufacturers.

Microsoft has to adapt to hard times and is making decisions that could help to improve all its ecosystem: could facilitate Window Phone and Window RT operating systems free of charge to the manufacturers.

It would certainly be a great decision which would repeat the competition behaviors. Although the sale of operating system to manufacturers and developers in other times might be beneficial, today most manufacturers get the free OS licenses.

Until now, if you wanted to implement a device any Microsoft System, manufacturers had to pay an amount, thing that could do that it is increase the price. Now you want to eliminate that canon so that manufacturers may be interested in producing more units using that operating system.

Everyone knows that larger base of users, greater number of develop interested in working with the system, so Microsoft wants to compete with direct rivals such as Android, which offered free licenses for inclusion in their devices, and what better way that offer their mobile operating system and tablets for free.

We hope that this decision cannot go forward, to try and get that there may be more devices that use Window by other manufacturers and follow the growth of users.

It will have to wait until 2014 to see what decision to take those of Redmond.
