Build 2014 starts at the best.

Today it has started Build 2014, the fair of developers of Microsoft, with a conference which hasn´t been indifferent, great announces and demonstrations which want to fortify the ecosystem of Microsoft in all its ambits.

After many weeks of rumors and jitters, today it has started the biggest fair of Microsoft, the Build 2014, where many of its novelties will be presented to the developers showing the way which will take the Redmond.

We will start to explain the most relevant that has had the conference of today, in which are seen multiple of strategies and actions which the enterprise is taking.

To start, I will explain which for mi has been the most important, is the presentation of universal applications for Windows, Windows Phone and Xbox, so all will share the same code in the way it will facilitate and expand the apps of the developers among a larger number of users.

This I think is the most beneficial such as for users, because they could enjoy of more applications, for developers, because they could expend more effort to its applications to create an unique application, and Microsoft, because it will get to increase enormously the number and quality of applications in its store.

Now I will keep with the announce of Update of Windows 8.1 which will bring many novelties such as the hoping start button, Microsoft keeps listening to the users, and this shows through actions, and after taking much time demanding an adaption of the system for user of mouse and keyboard, they have got it, but what it has more illusion it has been the back of the classic start button, with the modification in the way of live titles.

 Also it has been confirmed the outcome of Windows Phone 8.1 which will come charged of novelties, among which highlight Cortana, the new assistant of voice that they have shown with various examples working perfectly in all them. Other of the characteristics will be the appearance of the top toolbar, in which they could activate/deactivate various options, the possibility of adding wallpapers, or the improvement of the security through the figure of electronic emails.

Next to this they have presented the first smartphones which will be used for Windows Phone 8.1, which will be the Lumia 630, 635 and 930, the two first will fight for winning the low/medium range with great services at affordable prices, meanwhile the Lumia 930 will compete against the great of the competences, with some benefits of high range.

Finally I want to say that they have shown a before version of tactile Office for Windows 8.1, which we hope they can launch soon, and they have commented that they will give free licenses of Windows for telephones and tablets with a screen of less than 9”, which we hope a meaningful increase of manufacturers towards the market of Microsoft.

Definitely a great conference which has shown the direction to which the company is going, betting on the progress, unification and the user.
