The process finishes, Microsoft acquires Nokia.

Yesterday Friday 25^th of April it finished a long process in which Microsoft has acquired all the division of devices and services of Nokia....will this suppose a before and an after in the system of Windows Phone?

After some months of approbations of the regular entities of the different countries in the world, Microsoft has acquired all the division and services of Nokia, owning with  motor of Windows Phone, now they will be able to keep doing the work which Nokia started to make of its smartphones the most competitive in the market.

The process resulted with a figure which would be around 7.400 millions of dollars, a strategic quantity, so some buys of technologic companies in the last months have seen by values which could be overrated. With this I see Microsoft has known when they should buy to optimize the price, moreover with this Microsoft will add around 25.000 people more to its template, by that reason its total figure will be seen markedly enlarged.

Microsoft believes that this will suppose an important point in the integration of the mobile services of the company, accelerating the process of deployment and development on it. I hope to spend all this division to the company further squeeze the system and drive the Windows Phone market more aggressively. I continue betting on low/mid range that is unrivalled.

I think this was the next step Microsoft must give, the having an own mark with which to be able to defend and expand Windows Phone, acquiring an exceptional manufacturer of mobiles together with multiple of patents, now only we have to hope strategies which keep making they win quota of market.
